Frage von Tobias Franz:Hello,
I have the following challenge:
My customers are on a MiniDV tape two 16:9-recordings (DV-PAL) before, once recorded with letterbox, once with a anamorphotic Lens, which the subject during the recording has stretched horizontally.
Premiere recognizes the letterbox format flawlessly, with the other recording is' natural 'problems.
My QUESTION:
What settings do I need to do in Premiere to make the program the synonymous (with the Lens) squashed into 16:9 material properly represent? Do something with the pixel aspect ratio have to do ...
Oh yes, still a challenge: I do not have a premiere, so it can not understand myself. And if I tell my customer what of pixel aspect ratio tell, I just get a big question mark back ...
So I need it for either an exact step-by-step instructions or even better, a screenshot of the crucial point ...
Can someone help me? Thank you!
Gruß,
Tobias

See here:
16:9 anamorphic import of MiniDV ... if I tell my customer what of pixel aspect ratio tell, I just get a big question mark back ... Your customer does not live by chance in Berlin? Because I have someone namely, the theory behind it I do not even need to tell ... thinks he would understand anyway.
Antwort von Tobias Franz:
:-) No: Paris. There is still synonymous with other customers similar knowledge ... ;-)
Thanks for the help!
