Hello!
would like to know whether it is possible to a live stream to realize where the time delay between image capture and display on a PC connected via the Internet, under half a second is?
In my previous searches I came across IP cameras which already carry out encoding and compression (delay about 200ms / manufacturer), but its image sensor is inappropriate.
Or analog cameras, which I now have the problem that the PC Graduates encoder and decoder buffer processes already ne min each time of 1 seconds have. And the test results with my current webcam was then well over 15 sec!
Now I know, unfortunately, neither front nor back. Klappt sowas überhaupt prizipiell? Although I still tend to favor Recherechen said, now I'm somewhat insecure.
A little help would be really cool.

A buffer time for books you need, but how long it is, is probably dependent of the hardware. To do this you would need hardware encoder to convert all live a fast line + server ..
For what do you need denn sowas?

Network streaming in through the VLanClient, the FireWire input on your computer ...
Since then we have times of the 12 frames of delay Firewire, and approximately 3-7 frames by encoding ...
If you are using this calculator as a server where you are, and your uplink is adequate, then you can synonymous over frauf Internet access.
Such real time but is rarely believable really needed. Even with the television stations there are delays of 2 seconds to a partial half a minute. Deliberate and 5 minutes in the U.S.;) ..

Yes. Mixing a live broadcast, the playout center and then once around the world and to the satellite uplink. From there back to the bowl, into the receiver and on Television. That makes good 2-10 seconds. Television is not really live.

Yes with the tv and the delay, I knew already. Is synonymous but not relevant here.
For my purposes as I said I would need a maximum delay of 500ms. Where is because the delay in video conferencing? And when video chat is the lag ja synonymous lower. Somehow So let all these earthly hurdles. Only synonymous probably cost a bit!?
