Frage von cfraunholz:Hello!
I want to publish a camcorder of a live stream on the Internet. Because many users are simultaneously view the stream, I need to copy a relay server.
Beginning and end, I have already done it:
- The picture from the camcorder I can use the Calculator in Windows XP.
- A Darwin Streaming Server is set up on a Linux-Calculator in 1und1 Internet AG and "waiting" on the stream.
By the middle so I do have my problems: What software for transferring the stream to the server?
The same problem was under
http://www.slashcam.de/info/Darwin-Streaming-Server-Webcam-74037.html
already been addressed. But I am not sure whether the information is still current, at least I think the Internet is no Sorenson Broadcaster for Windows. Is this the software that I need? Is it still there? I have only installed the Sorenson Squeeze, and this - or so it is in the written instructions - can not be used for the production of live streams.
I work s.der thing for months and am therefore grateful for any help!
MfG

Hello Christian,
yes, the right software for you, it would have been the Sorenson Broadcaster (), but that is no longer available.
Whether there are other Programs, except to the broadcaster himself of apple, I do not know.

Antwort von cfraunholz:
Thank you, McConn!
With Wirecast 2, I was able to copy the sdp file into the correct directory of the Darwin server. I am therefore again a bit next come :-)
Quicktime can read this file synonymous.
B ut:
Where is the stream?
How do I transfer the stream to the server? Wirecast transmits the SDP file but when I start the transfer, the SDP file will be deleted automatically after about one minute, because no RTSP packets are transmitted.
Selbt after I turned off all firewalls, nothing comes.
To know someone from that?
