short times following scenario:
1x video camera via fire wire or capture card into the calculator, then? Convert and directly via the Internet live stream (if possible without exotic. player playable).
I have found something in google, but it is quite confusing.
Is there perhaps experience with?

Hi,
you do not need but a capture card Digitizerkarte (or an external thing with USB port), s.ca 50 euros. As input comes as S-VHS or composite and audio. Then the free Windows Media Encoder anwerfen and almost gehts los. Fast because you're synonymous - a media server with the appropriate connection (data rate) if you need s.mehrere people want to stream at the same time.
If you only want to stream some s.ein, gehts synonymous without Media Server.
More can be found at the MS page.
Is synonymous with Real Video (the license for the server but sauteuer), Quicktime (because you will not be such a wide spread) or Flash (also again with server licenses)

If you already have firewire in the calculator can, then you only need the free Windows Media Encoder 9 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Browse.aspx?displaylang=de&categoryid=4) and an internet connection properly with upstream (at least 512 kilobits per second).
If more than one or two spectators are planned, then you also need an account with a streaming provider. These servers are similar broad s.das Internet, so that several hundred spectators are not a problem. Providers would be: t-systems, tv1.de, streamingkit.de etc.
