Trailers are advertising. I would be surprised if someone of the dissemination of their own advertising any restrictions. A simple question (in the case of movie trailers is at the rental) will probably suffice.

Honestly, I would be far more surprised if TV stations or film distribution a foreign commercial use of their material on any show would agree. But who knows? Questions will cost you nothing. Perhaps, however, Manufacturer of HD (T) V devices more willing, somewhat to provide?
