Hi,

I had a couple of times today test photographs.

For HV 20 25 P mode, unfortunately, I had the 1 / 25 in it - sorry do not watch out.

HV 20 is so much stronger, and suggests quite loose HC 7 - at least for light slumber.

It bothers me, but something in Lowlight photographs simply too little "light" is available. When I, no preference whether Canon or Sonyso little light available, I would have only garnicht start filming.
Lowlight Beautiful shots as you can of gas stations (see fxsupport.de) or other objects in the night.
Your pictures are so dark but the part even the noise goes down. I am synonymous not sure whether you have the JPEG images are not something to be highly compressed searched.

But I think it would be great of you if you simply nochmal of other places a few recordings, and pictures could make.

Meanwhile, I would in class just to buy the HV 20, AV in the normal and accessory shoe so synonymous nor speak for them.

Hi,

I did yesterday synonymous lucky owner of a new HV20 and of the picture quality just thrilled. When daylight is the result of truly breathtaking and even in the twilight, the picture is still very good.

If the light is, however, really tight, typical camcorder, the Low Light Effect by the increased Gainwert on. Unfortunately, there is no way to directly control Gainwert. However, I have an English-speaking forum in the following trick to find at a shutter speed of 1 / 48 the Gainwert to 0 to hold.

1.) Camera in HDV 25p mode

2.) cap on Lens Lens set or completely obscure

3.) CINE mode

4.) EXPOSURE choose - with the settings -11 to +3 should buckle Time / Aperture / Gain s.der Camera set:

+3: 1 / 8 f/1.8 10.5dB?
+2: 1 / 15 f/1.8 10.5dB?
+1: 1 / 15 f/1.8 9dB
+0: 1 / 24 f/1.8 9dB
-1: 1 / 24 f/1.8 7.5dB
-2: 1 / 24 f/1.8 6dB
-3: 1 / 24 f/1.8 4.5dB
-4: 1 / 24 f/1.8 3dB
-5: 1 / 24 f/1.8 1.5dB

I get not only 1 / 25 or 1 / 50 second out, no 1 / 24 or 1 / 30 or 1/40te out.

Even more astonishing are the Canon 25 P data with a Sony HDV.

Sonysagt first from the stability was at the Canon, and Canon of the indicated 1 / 25 at Sonyeine 1 / 50 - very surprising.
I do not know what the cut programs to say, have it on camera data viewed during playback.

Since no amplification at Canon camera data showing Sonygar is not bad in order to verify - to 18 DB.

In automatic mode (25 P) with long exposure off - the Canon takes the 1 / 25, only on TV, you can intentionally other purely shutter slap.

My nearly 10 year old Canon Hi8 camcorder UC8 should now retire. First I wanted the Panasonic NV-GS500 buy but it is so here in the forum rather discouraged, because for a relatively small fee have a Canon HV20 or SonyHC7 gets.

Hab mir mal compared with the whole video on your website and viewed the image quality generally find more than impressive. Only one thing I noticed:

In the video with the bike riders, this total "distorted", the closer it comes. Is this a bug in my VLC player, or a fundamental problem of HDV recording?

Am a little frightened. Such mistakes I picture on my analog Hi8 camcorder has never seen.

If you (in still images s.Computer) but, because your old Hi8 camcorder as synonymous, the new device HDV2 draw lines in video images hopping on.

Thanks for the link. Hab mir mal read everything and now synonymous understand why this effect arises. Unfortunately I have not rausgefunden how I play the movie when s.PC can oppress. Or must I use the Raw format only convert?

Will tonight probably have to try again Google.

The analog recordings of my Hi8 camcorder, I had never worked and s.PC s.TV device was / is the distortion effect is not visible.

Just when VLC media player under the menu "Video" - "Deinterlace" option "BOB" and turn the world back in order. ;-)

Thanks for tip. Do both (display and streaming) on BOB, but it has not changed. Effect of distortion in the video is still clearly visible. Still ne other ideas?

The format of HDV1 JVC is optional (and others) in 720/25p and now synonymous in 720/50p on.

Also in the field of SD (standard definition), there are now a couple of recording equipment, the progressive image sequences dominate.
