Hello,
for the production of clean speech recordings I look at the Council expert.
My voice recordings and rustle rustle.
My Werkrzeuge are: Micro Rode NT1000, Fast Track Pro on Mac Pro, GarageBand and Final Cut Pro as well as via an optical connection Logitech 5.1 speakers.
Other sound takes on the Mac - are not about FastTrack Pro were produced - are flawless.
Should I use throughout the new hardware change? Or have I just wrong connections, wrong configurations?
Any hints very grateful

I used the Fast Track (without the "Pro") of M-channel audio along with my iMac, then, to the recording, I used
Sound Studio, or the Voice over synonymous in Final Cut Pro. Cracking noise and unknown. Device now serves as an interface for the transmission of Internet radio through my hi-fi system (after the move had just a 7.5 m USB cable on hand).
Each Cam with Firewire, is also a good (maybe better, if XLR) audio interface.
Other sound takes on the Mac - are not about FastTrack Pro were produced - are flawless. Then perhaps the Fasttrack broken or the micro (or
micro-cable, most common cause of cracking).
Should I use throughout the new hardware change? Or have I just wrong connections, wrong configurations? Who can say? Much to configure because there's really not. Even 'ne Recording tried with QT Pro?

Hi Axel,
I hadere unfortunately still with my voice recordings - tracking on the following technical equipment: Rode NT-1000 Condenser Microphone, XML connection to Fast Track Pro - UBS to MAC PRO. In addition, external speakers via the Clinch s.MAC PRO.
There is Power. My Voice Over tool can not configure that tool in the bottom right of the "Audio Control" can be activated. (The recording-display loses the gray only if I am not in the configuration of my Fast Track Pro enter.)
My comment results are completely overridden and too quiet in the recording.
In the configuration is entered: "Source" and "Enter": "Fast Track Pro." In the preferences "Audio Playback", "Line-output integrated".
Only when "gain" for "Fast Track Pro" entirely up to the right is can absorb anything.
Do you know the Council?

Do you know the Council? "You", please. The Camera as an input via firewire should be with the Final Cut Pro Voice Over good results. Have already forgotten what it was, is too long ago. I guess votes with a friend to an audio freak with his own recording studio. The cutting is no problem, everything is non-synch.
