I have already searched here, but somehow it has not yet helped me so very next. But should be of general interest.
And although I have to get someone a series of videos of the Digital IXUS 120 IS. The videos are in MOV format H.264 and is in a Resolutionvon 1280 x 720 pixels. As with most digicams usual, they contain 30 frames per second.
I would like to use the video as MPEG2 for a classic DVD. It must therefore yes 5 images are "weggerechnet" to the typical PAL 25 frames / sec. to come.
Does anyone know of a program that this is reasonably well controlled and produces as reasonably smooth video? With the results I'm not completely satisfied.
The problem may even agree.
This time, it must really be a dvd. But even in general: In what format and with what settings I should movies that consist of these files, s.besten archive to get a good and reasonable compromise between file size / image quality.

DVD player in addition to all the control PAL synonymous with the American NTSC 29.97fps. Therefore, it would make more sense to create an NTSC DVD.
