I know, this issue has been discussed several times already, but somehow I just war is not out. Maybe I'm simply too stupid, it can be, but the more you should help me, is not it? ;)
I card is a means of capturing mpeg2 file created. The Picture, which was recorded, came as a 4:3 signal in the map, but it is a 16:9 picture. Say: the top and bottom has black bars. The dimension of the video file is larger, so to speak, so the dimension of the actual image.
I have now tried with TMPGEnc adapt the whole thing and am still proceed as follows:
1) File open source video
2) The status bar will then be displayed: MPEG-1 768x576 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 48000Hz 192kbps, which is true insofar as synonymous.
3.) right clicked on settings.
4) Now, I have tried various settings. Among other things synonymous with crop-filter / function. Unfortunately everything went wrong each. Either the video was in 16:9 but then brutally warped, or the output of TMPGEnc was the same as the input - that is still 4:3 with logs. This means that what has been encoded (partially warped, etc.), the dimension of the output files but still remained exactly the same.
Where is my problem?

I want the picture is not highly expected. The actual picture size will remain the same, only the format of the videos in the Height should be reduced so that the bar no longer "in the file are.
