Frage von zeeek:Hello everybody!
I have a video with hand-Magic DeLuxe video editing and would like it now on DVD burn. However, probably have a test version that this is not allowed. Therefore I have the whole thing into a 4.1 GB MPEG file and convert it to DVD with Nero to burn.
This works in principle, but on any DVD player, only the first 20 minutes to see. On the PC looks of the complete DVD.
I'm puzzled about something. Should we perhaps with Nero adjust something? Always get the message that such large files is not in ISO format can be burned. Instead UDF. But why is everyone (!) DVD player, only 20 minutes of the film, a PC, but the complete DVD. What can you do?
Thanks already times in advance!

Hi,
You have a 4 x GB large file to DVD. This is not a video DVD, but a data DVD. Your standalone player may probably with file sizes beyond 1 GByte "not OEM.
For Video-DVD movies are in pieces max. 1 GByte subdivided. Have a self as are available, 4 VOB files, 3 of which approximately 922,000 KByte and the last 310,000 KByte. The 1-Gbyte files have a playtime of about 16 minutes.
Ergo leave your MVDL a standard DVD, look after it is built like and enjoy them in your standalone player :-)

Or share your movie in just under 1 GB of large parts and burn these MPG's on the DVD.
