Hello
have Panasonic camera, Pentium4 2.5, Nvidiagforce Ti 4200 AGP, 2Gb Ram.
Video de Luxe 06/07 plus / XP home
The first cassette I could easily load of the cam, edit and burn.
Now I have the Update of Requirements and Magix my films can not edit.
When recording, I see in the preview the movie, Magix shows s.wieviel GB just to be.
The relevant directory is synonymous a large AVI file - but Magix mault then: "The file of Magix can not be read."
Windows can not read video synonymous.
The Camera can I Magix control (start-stop playback etc)
When output format box in the Recording mode is used as a video standard "none" is displayed and I can not click synonymous.
If I were with the supplied Panasonic program works the whole. By magix no more.
Try for days from all sorts of settings and do not come next.
Also in the forum I find nothing. Have downloaded the GSpot program - but the point 4CC (or so) to search coded missing what I think not.
Synonymous Have no idea of codec or something.
The only thing I've installed s.Programmen since it no longer does is Nero and the Magix update.
I hope someone can give me because the decisive tip, because it reminds me slowly nix more.

Help s.ehesten could then perform a clean installation of VDL, but please before by the old Control Panel-> Uninstall software.

Hello, rename the times' Videodeluxe.ini 'VdL in your installation directory.
VdL then creates a new with the basic settings, then it should work again.

Where can I get the VDL for the reinstallation. And how does it work?

My problem, I'm such a clean-up and Abspeckfanfatiker I restore times always do.
Do the Programs and other movies on a hard drive or partition, so I use the operating system partition by ancient Ghost program can restore. Has given me many a long weekend reinstallations spared! - The only disadvantage of the version on the partition with the programs will no longer fit for the operating system partition / hard drive (C:).
The next thing I would try is to uninstall of Nereo.
Until then I will be with the Panasonic program the films down.
