I'm not on free software, but to good and functioning.
There is usually not free.

There is usually not free. Therefore, your approach, which is free to pick and then moan about it (and the verdict on all products from the same manufacturer to generalize) yes synonymous anything but understandable.

I'll give it to, I'm biased (as you write the ?).... and I find this lump judgments about whether Magix or any other program is not particularly helpful.
With the video of Magix software, you can very well be of any shape Photoshow. That I've already made dozens of times. When Pearl get the 2008 version Pros for 30 EURON.
Now perhaps you might wonder why a video software for photo shows? Quite simply, you can you get more options and ultimately is a photo show nothing other than a video.
Do you know from television documentaries such as the plasitschen Effect, then the old black and white photos will be applied. It works by using a graphics program with the background from the foreground and is free to both slightly different movement or sharpness effects applied ... sowas war in nem simple photo show program never, because you the basic functions, such as blue or precisely controlled motion effects miss.
Perhaps you will appear at the moment still too complicated, but if the first blood, you could at least thee times to try.
Insofar purely my personal Council, a multi-video software .... which always synonymous ...

... a small addendum ... please await None of software that you have it in 15 min .... understand a little more training time should you ever invest in ... and what photo shows consistently a problem, the different format. Digital photos usually in haste 4:3, in 3:2 analog. The now standard video format is 16:9. Especially in Hochkantaufnahmen it is extremely difficult attractive screen 16:9 clips to create ...

No, I did not ask.
I do such things s.PC since 1997 with various programs, knows very well what I am talking about.
Have Magix, Ulead, Canopus, etc. since the beginning in all possible versions, and place it before n seminars.
When I Magix 2002 but stopped because it simply costs too much nerve.
Therefore, my verdict (zgg. somewhat one-sided) "I want nothing more in order to do"
Most slide shows do I do with MSPro7 and LE2. Good, but not easy.
Goat s.and s.synonymous what, what with Pic2exe and LetsPhotoDVD is made,
but usually only for the classroom.
Note: my opinion is hard, but unjust (;-))
