Hello,
I have just finished a small film with Mdl and would now like to burn it to DVD. I, however, the authoring software of Magix too inflexible. Therefore I would like to use another program for it.
This program gives feedback to me, however, that no mux is present, or is not correct. What does this mean? And how can I set this in Magix export in that this is true multiplexed (which is always synonymous).

"Muxing" is an abbreviation for "multiplexing", ie merging of Picture and Sound in a single file. Most amateur programs work with one-and output muxed files (MPEG2 program streams).
For now are authoring with professional software, but separate files (MPEG2 elementary streams) are needed so that an already "muxed" file must first be re-demux ". Then there is ever a video - and audio file.

The Magix software can certainly produce DVD compliant MPEGs without authors equally. There must be an MPEG2 format that meets certain requirements (DVD specification).
If Magix can not issue Elementary Streams, you just have to spend sending the program stream and then demux with ProjectX or PVAStrumento.
The resulting m2v and mp2 files You can then in GUI_DVDauthor or DVD authoring programs such as processing lab.

Would be helpful to know which version of Magix working with you and comes from what source your raw material.
