I have before Christmas a CameraLink og manufacturer increased. Connection is made via FireWire cable. Card I have also just purchased. After I made the Camera using HEX value change (is everywhere so described) the DV-IN enabled.
Now I have strange problem:
I concur with the camcorder s.die card - put the camcorder on the player and camcorder is a Samsung DV camcorder detected (not bad I think next to me, because it's camcorders are identical). The problem is that the camcorder up to 3-5 seconds in the Device Manager and synonymous as an icon in the Taksleiste appears and then without the influence of such a ghost disappears and is uninstalled.
A recording of movies onto my hard drive is with Nero, Windows Recorder and DVIO and Ulead synonymous with impossible-say-breaks!
I place the HEX value back and thus disable the DV camcorder in the middle under Windows USB cable is detected, but the programs (above) does not recognize the FireWire since sought. Also the beigelieferte DVC Media 2.0 recognizes the USB Camera in operation.
Someone ne FireWire idea why the operation works only so briefly and then stops?
