It seems, however, you're compressor twice in the same default on the files. The surround can be found in default> Window> Preferences> Formats> Audio> Professional DolbyDigital 5.1. (first 6 files to the distribution channels)
Because of Surround Compressor by default with 448 kBit / s will be encoded, but only with stereo 192 kBit / s, this AC3 file synonymous, more than twice as large.

I have the problem now solved! (well about a week ago, after a little break .. with your help and google even more ..).
For testing, it is virtually synonymous quite random at some times a song reinzuziehen, so the difference is immediately apparent .. Taste is sometimes easier than studying ..
