encore CS3 at or below LIBRARY STILE, "Set: General", I see no elements (the 8 buttons down there habeich selected, it would therefore appear to be any type. ( "activate display of ..."))
can only ever encore with a menu or do I need to do this with Photoshop necessarily create a template?

sometimes it helps to actually be something in the program around.
In the Voreinstellungenn is the folder where the library is located .... if one has since.
If you do not have, you surely have an account with Adobe (which has been online for purchase there is created) and then find you have a download link for the 4.5 G rd great library.
