Hello,
I have NERO 7 Ultra latest version.
Now I want to create a DVD on the contents of multiple DVD's will be burned.
There are 4 (small) DVD's run autonomously.
It should be such that each run one after the endless videos and over again.
On the other page, it would be synonymous good that I can run the interruption and the beginning of free choice besimme. So:
Video (s running) - I> 3 and then pick 3 then begins s.geht back into "endless" -> 4,1,2,3,4, etc. 2 then if I choose 3,4,1,2,3 , 4, etc.
As a special, I would be grateful if you could run the video in a smaller format in a kind of window.
A kind of picture frames, so to speak, is "rigid". In this framework, information on the running film can be seen.
-> Frame = 1 = Holiday Movie 2000th
This part I can easily create with Photoshop.
Is this feasible with the help of Nero?

Whether Nero can! Please look in the "help" after. Since Nero is comparable with toast, I think you might unravel something similar, but definitely not as good and just like with a DVD authoring program.
So your plan is not really a question of a few minutes. Ask someone who works with such a program or get yourself one.
