Hello,
I now have the t-bone Microphone EM9600 since about a week. I bought an adapter cable to XLR to 3.5 mm jack of it and (in my camcorder, Canon XM2 infected). However in the camcorder, no input signal. The display shows the audio levels of anything, and if I reproduce the images synonymous will not get sound. If I take the microphone, which is already built into the XM2, everything works great.
Why is that? I have with the balanced / unbalanced signals is now a problem, or must I change something in Camcordermenu?
Actually, the microphone is still suitable for the XM2, right?

I have the EM9600 synonymous (; use it but s.einem mixer). Actually, it should work. Since the camera but provides no Phantoomspannung must file the Battery (; be inserted 1.5 V) and of course, the switch may not be on stand off ;-)
Has the battery at all (;) nor tension? Is there perhaps a protective sticker on it?
(Sometimes, depending on the microphone jack / camera), there are problems with mono / stereo, but then it should be heard at least something on one channel.

a battery in it, of course, but is not quite fresh, but there would be a little tension on it. Protection contacts are no more to it. And it worked neither telephoto nor to normal ...
When the XLR jack adapter are soldered together the right channel and the left channel. The negative terminal is free. Well, it's only mono, so to speak. That does not even bother ..
So in theory it should work? Since it is well s.Adapters cable. (; Since I rausgesucht again the cheapest on eBay;))

Connect your Micro including adapter cable with (any other Aufzeichnunfsgerät; other camcorder, audio recorder, microphone input of an amplifier ...). If now is to hear something that is wrong with your camcorder.
