Hi folks,
I'm green behind the ears, what video editing is concerned, but there will finally durchsteigen times.
I did so some time before SonyCam DCR-HC44 gegönnt and to Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0
Recently, I take a course in Final Cut Pro join in with a warning that anything but Premiere was similar, but I was slain Prog. : - '(
My question:
how the hell do I get the video on my MiniDV imported into Premiere? I'm in the Capture menu correctly, but I do not know how I Prog recognize my cam can. The rest would be, believe me, easy. Have read the forum here that I will only need to tap and record as the Movie Maker stop the tape must be through.
Would be nice if you could help me some.
Oh yes: why Jerkiness the videos at Movie Maker then? What setting would be optimal?
Can you give me Danna uch to the conclusion perhaps more good literature for Noob recommend?

Cam connected via firewire - Premiere Start - F5-Rec button name, then press Play (all in the capture window of Premiere) - wait - the clip appears in the left pane

You go in the recording menu (F5) and there is a bit of option and then a sub-item video where you choose your camera from then. If it does not show you where it is probably s.der connection. Synonymous review once a job after you there whether the camera is displayed. If not you can be sure there is connection between s.der and computer.

... I see they do not work, but it is, as already mentioned, correctly installed, as it is in device manager is visible, but only as a Sony Digital Imaging Video, not with the type designation, as usual.
In Movie Maker, I can access it synonymous. Without problems.
