Are there any? My Cam will not of hard drive on MiniDV, why would a device that can not be exactly wrong. So an extra device, not an instant later. With my current I'm actually very happy. It would stop but already a great inexpensive storage option.

And what makes you so sure that you have in a few years a working DV player to your hand? Those things with their delicate heads and drums of the other mechanics do not hold forever.
Does not really under 200 board? If you tape-60s per 10 minutes archived want to come but no huge amounts of memory together. Memory on your hard drive and to the security or on an external disk or on USB sticks (depending on the amount of data).
Quite in contrast to B. DeKid I see in the archiving on tape today mostly disadvantages. Especially the cost of her worth is not determined.
