Frage von Ibaxx:Hello,
I have since 15.3. my first camcorder (Panasonic NV-GS330) and synonymous am very satisfied. I had until now as the premium tapes of tapes Sonyverwendet. (DVM60PR) nunmal because these are very cheap (7 piece 15 ¬). now there are packages of panasonic with 3 for 15 (AY-DVM60YE). where is the huge difference?
the market of media wanted me panasonic of course the turn on, he said the camcorder was set on the tapes and I would smash them ...
I believe he could perhaps technically inexperienced buyers with consumption of the mesh rumbekommen, for me, this statement caused more skepticism.
He has furthermore 3CCD on the small sticker on the strip and thought I rely only get with the bands vernünftigesbild tied up, since I was a 3CCD camera.
So from technical understanding would I think that the sony stop bands are not so stable. (thin band or else)
when the tapes usually recorded only once and not re-dubbed, is in the case at all to notice a difference?
thanks in advance!

A band is always changing a little problematic, so that is actually discouraged them. As long as you no problems with dirty heads, dropouts, etc. did you should always use the same tapes.
Otherwise, the Panasonic tapes actually quite often comes in 5-pack (4 x 60 1 x 80) for 9,99 Euro

Only a few issues other than in accordance with the "right" tape are here in the forum so often been discussed - with the search you'll find detailed readings. So here only in brief: With some devices seem Premiums (apparently vsof Canon and JVC) is actually difficult to have, while in others (but funny as synonymous partly the same for other owners) are running smoothly. Personally, I am as Sony with the filmer Premiums satisfied, and the only tapes, so massive dropouts have produced, that the recordings were destroyed, were of the Panasonic ...
One Panasonic Camera, with the rotated myself have had with Sony premium no difficulty, but in general there should be a good idea, and camcorder tapes from the same manufacturer to use: Because the risk is probably s.geringsten. On the picture quality impact of the differences in the way, anyway.
... what I do with just the bands vernünftigesbild tied up, since I was a 3CCD camera ... Such statements of salesmen, I always ask: Did the man really not know or does he want "only" customers for fools?

So when I had absolutely no problems, I can endorse the sony premium calmly take yes?

If you were previously satisfied, take it next. It advises but frequent changes of the band locations, since a result of different surface coatings of the tapes a "lubricant film" can form, which the head drum is dirty.
I can imagine that the "scattering series at Consumer Tapes generally higher than those for which I use for example. Probably it can be at times each of these tapes to come dropouts. But it must indeed make a difference if a whole pack of tapes cost as much as a Beta SP or DVCAM or IMX ...
