Hi folks,
my problem is hopefully not too commonplace:
My SonyDCR-VX1000E plays my DV tape does not. I bought the tape and re-recorded until it was full. Since the camera shows me the "eject" icon s.and ejecting the cassette is synonymous the only thing I can do. I can not rewind and play not synonymous. Except Eject nothing would work. The other tapes work.
Since it is on the tape is very important material, I would not give up the tape. Maybe someone can help me.

Probably the drive (head drum) is defective.

Test the tape on / on another Cam.
Times attempt to open the cassette or of the hands to turn - is the tape may be torn?

The cassette to be opened, I have not dared. But it is possible that they turn of hand. However, the relatively heavy. Ripped the tape is not.
I will present the tape to another device to try.

Stefan geh doch mal known to have a device where you try to rewind the tape and play. anyone know if you go into a video download or just there where something is sold. as you can in each media market or synonymous briefly inside the cassette and push the try, which can be given a try anyway.
so you can at least determine whether it is s.gerät or s.band.
is synonymous since then nothing then the only option, the defective cassette mechanism to separate from the band and the band into a new cassette installed where there then the band altogether. with the large VHS cassette was no act, no clue as to mini-dv can go well .....
