Top Gun zum Beispiel, der Top Hit in 1986, spielte demzufolge weltweit "nur" gut 350 Millionen Dollar s.den Kinokassen ein. Das ist selbst inflationsbereinigt deutlich weniger als der Knaller of 2006...

I walk no longer in the movies. Movies is dead! Why? Because the operator no trouble! The lenses are dirty and often too dark, as well as the Blades. The picture is almost always an umpteenth copy of the original and be bad. The picture is almost always pruned or wrong!

I would like to go more often to the movies because we have a completely different Persepektive than s.heimische TV.
But at the prices and the prices of the snacks is not good enough.
Recently ILUs in Berlin: 2 x Deja Vu with Denzel Washington: 19 euros, 2x Nachos with cheese and two drinks: Euro 13.40 again. Total: almost 33 euros, or more than 60 DM !!!!!!!!!!!!! What should ordinary mortals can afford! No wonder that movie dies in prices.

na, with a good beamer is already very great feeling to cinema. I have this 2.5 m diagonal image at 3.40 m distance to the canvas. which gives a similar sicht relationship than if you in a movie before its canvas sits 20m (of course only if one sits back there). All with dolby digital / dts sound garnished means that I only for the really good movies to go cinema.
I can at home time, "program" and especially my mitseher themselves and decide I'm not gernervt of a chip-eating asshole, two rows behind me his girlfriend loudly every good scene in the film and commented announcing (Aaargh, I hate that).

unfortunately synonymous to go to the cinema often, but when ichs times do, I always wonder why I do not often go ... however, avoid the multiplex, unless a OF is nowhere else.
although if I was giving it to me right, are reduced as the crazy days kino blame - I always assume that cheap s.einem tag to go to the miss, wait a week, miss him again and then running the film at some point no longer.

So for us in the southwest there is a great
Kulturkino, das leider nur durch große Subventionen so günstig sein kann.
Hier kostet eine große Tüte Popcorn noch 3 Euro and keine 5 Euro wie in den Multiplexkino.
Weil hier sehr viele Movies with ihrem Heimkino vergleichen, übersehen glaub das Movies nicht nur durch seine Qualität etwas besonders ist.
Alleine der sozial Gesichtpunkt eines Kinobesuch with Freunden oder Familie kann nicht durch einen noch so guten HD-Beamer oder BD Player ersetzt werden.
Dabei solte jeder der behaupdet, das HD das Nonplusultra sei, sich einmal Filme wie Odyssee 2001 oder Cleopatra in 70mm Tod-Ao anschauen.
Alleine das knatern des Filmprojektors(PD70) hat für mich was nostalgisches ;-)
