Hello!
I once tried Google for you. My thoughts went by that you should convert the MOV files if necessary, before you burn it, because it is quite difficult to find a free tool that you burn the right MOVs. I'm going continue to assume that you are using a Windows platform, since you probably otherwise would not have made this question, since Macs so iDVD and it is the container format of Apple's MOV was developed.
Here is s free Windows tool to convert MOVs. Then you can burn it for example with the Movie Maker. (Is this s.Windows XP).

It would need but synonymous with Windows-standard programs, go to the burn. Mov files DVD compliant. At least with a burning program that you use regularly. A decent burning program will probably have everyone on his calculator. Most offer the synonymous of DVDs from different sources.
Low Budget courageously in the writing program, throw specify a target firing a DVD-Video.
Note: DVDs are in PAL in this country, so you should rather s.der camera's frame rate set to 25fps. 30 is NTSC, and they must be burned DVDs synonymous. Is possible, but this is quite gurkig.
In addition, the videos are not on a standard DVD be shown in full HD Resolutionzu.

If one looks only at Flat Screen it's well worth a try in NTSC
