Frage von YourMajesty:Hi,
I use a Canon XH A1 for my home movies to get made yesterday 2 new XLR mics - which I have been synonymous recommended for this purpose.
If 2 condenser mics on a stereo track, kidney, sensitivity-38dB / 12.6 mV / Pa, impedance 150ohms small, 48V phantom power.
I have now reconfigured my camera in order to activate the XLR ports have everything wired correctly and made test shots (+48 V is on).
Works very much better but as with the original mic,:
it is still very low, relatively high noise
Was taken off my lady play the guitar, distance to the microphones 1.5 m Actually, I have to start next weekend at the theater - that is so probably not really.
I post my question here on purpose in the general part, because unfortunately I have no idea what exactly s.meinem problem is to blame?
Need to be more sensitive microphones? Must I use a mixer, which brings the clean 48V or perhaps generally better than the reinforced Camera? Can my XLR cable does not 15m long? (In the Instructions of the Canon is max. 3m, left too much for the internal amp?).
Thomann mics are t.bone of SC140.
Thank you,
Thomas

you can s.der cam between "line" and switch "mic" or "48V"? maybe the phantom power is off.

Would you ever prefer to buy here: http://www.thomann.de/de/behringer_c2_stereoset.htm
Costs only 60 ¬ and the sound is awesome, absolutely no noise.
I know your mic is not, so I can not explain the strong noise synonymous. That is, when we do not have s.deinen microphones. Probably there are any settings s.der Camera.
Antwort von YourMajesty:
I can choose between line and mic, mic've made here.
48v is on, if I disable it is to hear ....
On the Camera there really are not many settings mar. XLR - XLR s.and XLR +12 dB.
It seems as if "too little" of the microphones are ""....

On the cable length, it lieth not sure. I had my problems have 416 stainless s.einer 20m stripper for XH-A1.
Check the following Schalterchen:
Microphone attenuation (Att Mic - under the folded screen) OFF
the XLR connectors:
top left XLR Att OFF
top right line / mic to MIC
before the XLR jacks: +48 V, both channels ON

Hi,
I gechecked - everything is as it should be!
If I take XLR +12 dB, it tends to be better .... at least the volume - but the noise synonymous ....

there is no volume control s.der Cam? The noise may depend on the impedance of the mic, unfortunately, is not at Thomann. When the microphone 1000 ohm and rushes have expected the input of the cam 200 is.
