Hello,
I'm looking for a good Micro-facing, in the first place to put it on the camera to mount, possibly synonymous times for fishing, then for theatrical film dialogues but so synonymous times to a mono-Atmo to take for documentaries and O-Tones to take. I have in the past weeks many incredibly stupid posts about microphones read the first line of which show that hardly anyone REALLY know of this theme.
The following considerations I had in my decision:
The category of microphones between 1000 and 2000 euro is certainly very good, ie a Schoeps CMIT5U (~ 1400 ¬), Sennheiser MKH 60 (~ 1200 ¬), Neumann KMR 81i (~ 1500 ¬) or P48 Sennheiser MKH416 (~ 900 ¬) are guaranteed fantastic Microphones - but I can not afford me.
dH search after my stay in the category of passable Mikros under 500 euros following choice: Audio Technica AT897 (~ 270 ¬), Rode M-1 or M-2 (200 ¬ / 240 ¬ depending on whether one phantom or battery will), Sennheiser ME66 & K6 (& ~ 200 ¬ ~ 220 ¬), or even of ME80 EBay (~ ¬ 100 & P48 dining part because the battery no longer can buy, about 200-250 ¬), perhaps synonymous nor a Sennheiser MKH416T (about 350 ¬ Ebay, with Tuchelstecker and 12 Tonaderspeisung, ie adapter 12V + dining part about 200-300 ¬). Or are there are other, eg, whats with http://www.sontronics.com/productmain.htm, Beyerdynamic, what can you really think of Oktava microphones? Achso, I do not think much of the concept of the Sennheiser MKE 300 (or the apparently announced MKE400) or Mike Rode video of this geschweigedenn Canon Hotshoe accessories-Microphone. I think each is clear that there is always the sound would be better to fishing, is only difficult when one is alone ...
Can someone perhaps this time a truly informed opinion, as someone of some / all of these mics in Comparison heard? I always read of people who write them have now sold their MKH416 anyway because the Oktava would sound much better, something I can not take seriously. Surely it's not that expensive is necessarily better but I doubt it is a ¬ 700 price difference is not of quality. In stores, for example, I was recently told that a Rode NTG2 better than the Sennheiser ME66 & K6 and to even cheaper to correct this?
Can not somebody really Aussagekräftiges to write?
