Infoseite // NTSC project in Premiere Convert PAL Project

Hi folks,
did a documentary on PAL rotated (MINI DV). Later, the files to be loaded and processed premiere. First off when I noticed that I have all the time NTSC Project led.
Now I would like the NTSC Project to convert a PAL Project.
Premiere Pro 1.5 offers this possibility? If not, it is useful NTSC Project auzuspielen and on tape again as PAL yourself?

I would be very happy if someone could help me ..

I would the whole composition with Ctrl + C Copy and then a PAL Project and since everything is open again with Ctrl + V again Einfügen.SO is at 2.0.

People I have exactly the same problem with 1.5 and this is unfortunately not. do not know what I should do.
