I am currently in the U.S., where I have my Hauppauge WinTV USB card connected to the TV cable. This was with a bit of bricolage synonymous worked so far, I get about 100 channels in all of decent quality, but unfortunately the sound is quite noisy. He is there and can be synonymous with some fine tuning to achieve a slight improvement in individual channels, but then at the expense of the image. The whole thing is a mystery to me so far that it is usually so vice versa: for a weak signal so you get a rule rather than the sound toward the Picture ... What might it have on it? (The latest Hauppauge drivers I must have, as well as all sorts of updates for Win XP and the sound card - the calculator is almost new)
Thanks and greetings

Hi,
PAL: Picture / record distance = 5.5 MHz
NTSC: Picture / record distance = 4.5 MHz
your card is obviously designed only for PAL
