Have a lot of Video 8 tapes with an NTSC Handycam recorded in Canada and wants to s.PC edit and burn.
Have tried with a PAL recorder play, which only succeeds in Black White.
Would it then with an NTSC recorder Color come out?

Would it then with an NTSC recorder Color come out? Yes, that would be it. Maybe it does but synonymous a PAL player that can play NTSC. It would be interesting to know what television with standard mixtures your computer cope?
As keywords, I would like to NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43 and PAL-60 call. This makes it easier, if you search.
