Hello,
I myself was huge happy if someone can help me.
We have a television in accordance with U.S. standards (about transformer is plugged in s.das). Now we have brought to Premiere synonymous receive English channels and movies in English to see. Premiere Receiver Humax PR Fox is affiliated with C. SCART Receiver and from three of the televisions. (ie, the cable has s.einem end and scart s.anderen the yellow, red and white plugs).
PROBLEM: The
picture seems to jump. Especially when you see it written, like everything jumps. I have tried all possible settings of the device, but the best thing I do is building the consistently high and jumps down to a few millimeter.
may perhaps s.den Hz? the building but the building, or? Television and the yes in the USA 50 has been received and with our transformer the synonymous get is the bad image, perhaps because the Receiver running on a normal network and therefore has 60 Hz.
Can that be? if so, can I set a device between the Receiver and TV switch?
or what else could it be? maybe

If the device can only NTSC (and many devices for the U.S. market can only): no chance. Buys you a multi-standard television (virtually all of Europe is available in flat TVs). If your device sometime in accordance with U.S., want to ensure that 110 V/60 Hz Power cope.
