Infoseite // NV-GS180 of Windows does not recognize as Cam

Hi folks,
I need your advice
I did some recordings on NEN its NV-GS180 (is not my) and the consumption aufm Calculator. To do this, I want the thing via USB Calculator s.den join. So far so good, but Windows (SP2), the thing simply does not recognize. When I connect Cam Calculator s.den states that although the ne new hardware has been detected, but the Cam is to me only as a mass storage device. Also synonymous recognizes no andres program as the Camera Camera. If I get the drivers of the CD will be called the not needed. Can anyone ne solution for this problem?

I would but no money for ne Firewire interface issue, because I glaub nich das ich nochmal subsequently use them.

Capturing via USB is an absolute exception.
With the included software Motion DV Studio "(and only so) it should go with the GS180. In all other cases: use Firewire or abandon the project.

Although I am with the Panasonic SW-data of my GS 180 camcorder easily (despite SP2) was able to download, I'm glad me for 10 euros a FireWire card to have, because now I'm a year ago I purchased Medion 250GB external HDD connect without the USB whims other with respect.

This experience must Firewire newcomers but only once. And it will be difficult, if not comparability and have persistently opposed dust. ;-)

So I have a synonymous NV-GS180 and dubbing via USB with Windows Movie Maker works fine. I unfortunately do not know enough to give you a tip to. Perhaps s.falschen drivers?

Edit: Hast du's because times probiert with WMM?
