Error message
"... Mpg file is invalid, it is mpeg-1 for Video CD needed
44,1 khz audio, 224kbit/Sekunde stereo.
Video 352x240, 29.97 hz, or video 352x240, 23.796 hz, or 352x288 / 25 hz.
It was discovered the following problems:
Data coding, which is invalid for (Super) Video Cd
No video, no audio

You try, an MPG file (MPEG1 or MPEG2 burn?) As a VCD. For this purpose requires the burning software MPEG1 with the above requirements. - Check doch mal with

Thank you for your answer. I installed the program and it really tells me that everything is ok fit (codecs etc), only the bottom left standing by comments something of asci junk.
Since I am not a hobbyist, where should I look into this program, especially on it, on what parameters? Can I Nocht the video clips to something else umdecodieren (avi?)? There is a program that burns almost all movies (With Nero 6 it did not work). ? I might need an extra plug-in for Nero?

the video file is viewed as of GSpot okay if all the necessary codecs are present on the calculator to play the video. And this has nothing to do with whether the file the requirements of the
Video CD (VCD)
These are the qualities that should be compared to: (target size: 352 × 288), target (frame rate: 25 fps), MPEG-version should be (: MPEG1).
