Did you schonmal an installation of Nero 7 before? Could it be that your drive letters are somehow a bit durcheinnander come. Perhaps a removable drive added (USB stick)?

Verifiable time whether there is on your C drive still have enough free space, otherwise look in the specified path to see if such a directory was created, if so delete it manually, if not, try to create it yourself. Does it make any error message?

Greetings from Marburg So on my hard drive is still 3.19 GB free, that Müster but really rich, or!?
Did the synonymous times and tried to create the folder itself but it does not work anyway.
When you install is always short ne File "program library MFC716F3DE10D.dll" created in the folder "tmp" but then it breaks, it comes s.and the above error message. The folder "tmp" is synonymous then gone again.
