In this case, it's not. Neither a VCD or S-VCD, a video DVD can be drawn. And a normal DVD player could not play synonymous.
You have two options:
1. You're using RW blanks, no preference whether a CD or DVD, and each time they complete überschreibst
2. You're using your PC and not Nero, but a DVD recorder, the so-slightly, but so I know I'm not so good. But I could imagine that the Panasonic models with DVD-RAM can.
