Frage von chanjos:Hi s.alle:
I bought myself a JVC camcorder festplatten, auslaufmodell with the 20 gb hdd.
The video will be saved as. mod, I've read, you must rename the file just as mpg and then you could work with a video editing program. My Magix 2005-6, while recognizing the file, the tone does not play, however.
Can someone help me
Thank you
lukas
Antwort von VolkerS:
In what format the sound is encoded for?
Do you have the appropriate audio codec on your calculator?
Antwort von chanjos:
How do I find out it is coded as the ton?
it's okay to just rename the file?
thanks for the quick reply
the windows media player is the video with tone and again properly, so I think that it should be s.codec
Antwort von VolkerS:
There is a program called GSpot is Freeware and displays for a file, the codecs used and so on.
If you keep the audio codec verwedeten've found out, just you can in the description of Magix see if this format is untertstützt by the program.
Antwort von chanjos:
gspot recognize the file as mpg, but the tone is nsangezeigt
Antwort von VolkerS:
When I saw ichs correct, in most Festplattencamcordern the sound recorded as AC3. Supports your editing program?
Antwort von Gast 0815:
Gspot If you can not help the audio codec, try it once with MediaInfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/) under 1 Audio stream. Otherwise you can, if the movie with sound in MS-Player
running synonymous try it: http://support.magix.net/boards/magix/index.php?showtopic=27677

mpg2 was video, audio was not shown ... pity
Antwort von Gast 0815:
Just install an AC3-time trial (play) filter, eg-> http://www.codecs.com/download/AC3_Filter.htm
With luck it will run .., Magix can not import AC3 sound otherwise!
Otherwise suchmal with JVC for the exact model name, so information should actually be found on the audio format of your camera synonymous in the Instructions / network.
