Hello,
I have already searched a wolf and gegoogelt, but found nothing. I hope you can help me here.
My girlfriend has about 30 pieces of old video cassettes with 8-shooting of the family. The I try now to get on DVD, but am not successful. And at 30 x 90 min x ~ 0.60 ¬ / min is synonymous a cost issue, it is taken.
I have two cameras (CCD-F450E CCD-F455E +) are available. These are network Batteries and Chargers for Batteries not use them. In theory, the playing is working fine, because I have the corresponding synonymous Connections for Television.
Unfortunately I can not play, because the display is always an error message comes: a horizontal bar and about a kind of roof (both flashing).
What does this error message?
Can it be that the cameras have old age?
Are there any cheap players?
Or how can I solve my problem differently?

What this message exactly means, I can not say, but after your description is the icon blinks for cassette ejection ( "Eject"). Maybe there is any problem in the drive area.

Thanks for the helpful link. Something that I will probably take me but it must still carefully. A Videograbber I have, but the problem is that the camera does not play. The signal, I would somehow have to bring HD recorder ...
Eject the way, I guess not, because the error occurs at 4 cassettes on both cameras. One possibility: perhaps the stream is bad ;-))

that is the symbol for the cassette eject and notes in this context is an error: Nothing works anymore except eject.
Since the two camcorders are already quite old (about 20 years), I would on aging-related problems or wear tap. Very likely the drive has at least one Zugschwäche due to a porous drive belt, so that not all the tapes properly can be moved.
The eldest had my camcorder recently synonymous. Cost for the repair about 150-250 ¬, depending on the extent of the defects. Are the electrolytic capacitors synonymous out, then a few hundred euros to - if the repair service is not entirely opposed.
And at 30 x 90 min x ~ 0.60 ¬ / min is synonymous a cost issue, it is taken. That must be 54 ¬ per tape! In this case you look at times to other providers. The Choice is (still) great.

I have something already strongly suspected, because Google only seems weak old cameras has ausgespuckt. And now after I've cut one of them (and it still runs!), I try it myself. Otherwise I have other alternatives to fall back. Thank you s.alle!
