Hello,
I have almost everything durchstöbert, I'm unfortunately not found anything ....
I have a lot s.selbstgedrehten videos in the normal 4:3 format available on DVD.
Now I have a plasma television and a new equal Cam - Panasonic HDC-HS 100 can then be increased and now synonymous in my videos finally Full View.
I also would like my old videos on the plasma in Full View without black bars or dragged into the Width, just what I need it? what a converter or how should I proceed?
As a cutting program, I have always used Pinnacle Studio, version 12 now

Without 4:3 black bars on side will probably not go, or should you wonder what else your old 1:1 picture information received?

Other option: Matrox RT.X2 for the PC, calculates losses summarizes pixels in PAL HDV 1080i in order. However, you need to use Adobe Premiere CS3 and still have black bars.

"Gone With the Wind" from 1939, triggers higher than HDTV and has a format that is wider than 16:9. ;)
Film (35/70mm) is generally in the ResolutionHDTV clearly superior, but with HDTV, it is somewhat succeeded (after decades) to introduce an electronic format that purely optical wegkommt no worse than film.

Copy your DVDs to a better, better Two hard disks in order!
The probability is high that not all DVDs can be read in full! Create your slices of 1:1 images (images) on hard drive. NERO This is quite good.
Time is of the essence!

I have a about 3 years old hard drive lying had (built, then after a short time expanded), it was synonymous data.
Recently, the panel, radio wonderful, so 5-10 minutes, then * CLACK * and it turns off. Super backup medium (with good storage, a quiet shady spot, schade drum).
I recommend if then reasonable to assume blanks and with lower speed (4x) to burn. And then - when shots are important - doubly secure synonymous. And then s.besten well stowed in a small Köfferchen and synonymous never hunt
And if you look at something but still want to, then please only use a disk, so that most of the other remains intact.
DVDs that I burned somewhere around 2004 was, ironically work is still very very good. Blanks are Verbatim, speed was synonymous only 4x.

I had time to view video footage from my video DVDs created, and some together.
I burned it 2.4 times (the writer could only Ricoh DVD + R burn at this speed).
After a short time, check some of the DVDs were no longer legible and clean one no more.
Of the remainder, I then create an image on disk pulled (more precisely, two).
That was, however, in 2004.
A backup on two plates + DVDs should the risk of total failure significantly minimized. An (old) record alone is of course conceivable that inappropriate.
Let's hope that current Burner / Disks provide better quality. :)
