Perhaps it is annoying to you at every computer startup until the operating system to choose, but Linux and Windows can both be installed. At startup logs is a boot manager called GRUB (at least on my Kubuntu) and you have to choose which operating system is started.
My knowledge in this area are very modest, but perhaps others can comment if there is a possibility of emulation or as a more elegant alternative a USB stick or other storage media used is of the demand for Linux is booted.
