Frage von pennor:Hi
I want for my VX2000 the Wide Angle Converter buy through which I have the same angle as in my Stillimage Camera with a focal of 28mm. I've heard that it is to calculate at what factor the converter changes the picture so it looks like on my camera.
Thanks

Hi Patrick,
I know there is no general invoice for conversion to photo focal length, since that of many factors, such as the chip size is dependent.
I think (look in the manual after) the maximum wide angle to the VX 2000 picture focal length equivalent to approximately 43mm.
With a wide-conversion factor of 0.7 with which you come to about 30 mm Fotot if you buy a purpose with 0.5, then there are about 20 mm photo lens.
But beware, most of the quality of cheap intentions with 0.5 is rather poor.

First of gamma nail, I think thank .5 x is to be with me the right one.
anyone knows a good and rather not see too expensive (100-150 ¬) Wide angle converter with a factor of .5 x. Importantly, it has little effect and no vignetting fisheye. Good color, of course, synonymous performanceist important. Maybe someone even has a test image with the VX 2000
Thanks

Hi Patrick,
look at the wide angle views of intentions to Raynox. By heart, although I do not know if there is a factor with 0.5x, but the HD-6600PRO with 0.66X factor (equivalent to approximately 28mm KB-Focal s.der VX2000) has become a hot tip for around 100 euros. Small disadvantage: it is not fully durchzoombar but delivers sharp images "only" six times to zoom.
Eighth when ordering that you know will get the correct connection thread, because the converter is available in several sizes and some with only the dealer's 52mm connector.
All information and comparison photos can be found on the manufacturers website: www.raynox.co.jp
