Your observations do not be fooled, we also have a bad experience with 20-50 coatings, which (even the slightest bumps, resulting 10-15 nm) effects.
Just about all the filters are problematic at short focal lengths. Our choice has fallen therefore Tiffen filter, Tiffen because it has apparently done by a coloring to eliminate the desired wavelength. Since it is a coloring and is not spreading, the coloring can be completely removed by a White Balance.
Rosco, Schneider, Pancro ... not everything goes really well.
It is best to avoid still without a filter and with the lens carefully.

the experience I've done in shoots often synonymous,
s.besten be without filter - or only in the outdoor area
where s.meisten threat to the front lens with filter is working.
When shoots usually synonymous with Digibeta we had no protection filter
on Optics. Small reflections extremely loyal and destroy
the most beautiful picture. For HD, the same even more disturbing.
