The optimum is not always the best quality output format, but depends ussynonymous of compatibility and performance.

Sounds silly perhaps, but you could make a video DVD.
Or the film with MPEG2 compression provided.
Or WMV, but because we must try (I have not got to make my video synonymous to C05. Jetz I'm happy;)
