Hi,
disadvantage which arises from the fact that the U.S. is a hard-model camcorder, respectively (all our Television are NTSC-compatible). Does it makes any difference to the handling s.PC? Records NTSC device in poorer quality? The camcorder can be 2.2 MPixel video recordings, is therefore the only difference in the 50 or 60 Hz?

Records NTSC device in poorer quality? Yes, only 720 × 480 pixels instead of the PAL version of 720 × 576 pixels (standard definition). Or it is the ultimate HD device? You had not a model name and called clairvoyance is not my strength - at least not on command. ;-)
The camcorder can be 2.2 MPixel video recordings ... This is a popular misconception. Many buyers are of the manufacturers with the number of sensor points on the image converter blinded.
That would be exaggerated in extent as if the movie is the number of illuminated emergency exit signs as a benefit for a particular cinema hall designate. ;-)
