Frage von Wiud-Productions:Hello together
I'm here a box with the following features:
Motherboard: ASUS A8N-VM CSM, ATX, AMD Socket 939, Audio, NVIDIA nForce430, PCI-E
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500 + / 2200MHz Venice, Socket 939, 512KB cache
Power Supply 420W
In addition to 2 GB DDR RAM
Premiere Pro CS4 jerky things while editing of HDV footage, probably the dog into the onboard card is buried. The fact is no OpenGL 2.0, which is indeed a requirement for the software.
The rest of the hardware would actually hold up, right?
Accordingly, I have to buy a new graphics card, which should be maximized cheap, and still be up to the demands of cutting HD footage in Premiere Pro and After Effects CS4. What can you recommend me there?
edit: Incidentally, the card should be available by then synonymous with Linux, of the manufactures are my Nvidia card quite sympathetic.

I would say that there is not sufficient, the graphics card alone. The calculator is generally too weak for CS4. For HDV material could perhaps (just go, with stuttering), but you can forget about AVCHD.
