Frage von ulicelle:Hello,
can someone explain to me why digital photos on the LCD Television "too wide" can be played. Each case is with me, without which I previously have found a solution. I use a Philips DVD player with HDMI port and a Samsung 40 "flat panel. Both transmission over HDMI than scart are synonymous on the images to be displayed too wide. What is the reason?
Antwort von Basti27:
Hi,
make your Glotze times to 4:3. Could I imagine the DVD with your data is not in 16:9 format. Then would your LCD is everything in widescreen stretch your material and thus distort.
Regards
Antwort von ulicelle:
Thank you, but the images are not displayed in 16:9, but only slightly in width withdrawn. A round clock is just slightly oval played. I think that I have all settings durchhabe. Perhaps it is a fundamental problem synonymous?
Antwort von B.DeKid:
Depends on the camera to some other 5:4 do 4:3.
This can sometimes lie.

For me, it sounds as if the image files with the crap builds.
I would try test times, the pictures in advance exactly 1920 x 1080 pixels to bring (ie either to 16:9 and then crop or resize to 1080 pixels Height and then bring the left and right with black fill).
