Frage von Newsbusters:I have a quick question: I'm available MPEG2 material in a Resolutionvon 720x576. Now I want the whole thing for my site to a width of 250 runterrechnen. Has anyone any idea how I came to the appropriate height value? For example, two values must be at Premiere entered independently of each other.
Thank you very much.
Antwort von soahC:
if you want to have a wide of 250, then the amount to be 200th Thus you have the same aspect ratio as in 720 * 576

Thank you for your quick response. Is there any calculation rule?
Antwort von beiti:
You then compute the other value that yields the desired aspect ratio, ie 4:3 or 16:9.
For example, if the Width should be 250 pixels, would be the Height of 4:3 (rounded) 188 pixels.
For better conversion, I would, however, a Resolutionwählen, where is the vertical Resolutionhalbiert or quartered, so then 288 or 144 pixels.
The resulting resolutions are then
384x288 or 192x144 for 4:3
512x288 or 256x144 for 16:9

if you want to have a wide of 250, then the amount to be 200th Thus you have the same aspect ratio as in 720 * 576 This is wrong, because one thereby gains a distorted picture. For the PC, you must always umskalieren to square pixels, ie set the pixel aspect ratio is proportional to the ratio.
Antwort von soahC:
But 720 * 576 is doch nich 4:3, but 5:4 or?
Antwort von soahC:
So I stopped in after effects have ne 720 * 576 compositional made. which is then 5:4. I've limited the aspect ratio to 5:4 and the 720 replaced by the 250th then held at height car 200 arrived!
Antwort von beiti:
But 720 * 576 is doch nich 4:3, but 5:4 or? Yes and no. Since News Busters MPEG2 source material has, it is most likely 4:3 or 16:9 with square pixels. Therefore it is necessary for the Web made an adjustment to the pixel aspect ratio.
(Basics: PAL video has a pixel 4:3 aspect ratio of 1:1,067 to 16:9 and a pixel aspect ratio of 1:1,42 - that is, rectangular pixels. Fürs web but you need to square pixels.)

But he writes but he has available mpeg2 in a resolution of 720 * 576th So I check something grad nich I think ...
Antwort von beiti:
@ soahC: Ever heard of one square pixels?
Antwort von soahC:
Yes. But apparently not enough:)

The source material is of a DVD recorder (TV reports). I burn them to DVD and edit them with next premiere. The whole thing comes from television, has therefore an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 1067. Thus I have a video edited with Premiere of Television and want to further process this for my webpage. For this I use the Adobe Media Encoder. The question now is price, however: How do I encode the files, so I still get good quality and one small file. To my specific questions:
- Do I have maintained for the preset value of 1067 or to square pixels (Change alos 1.0) - brings such a big difference. What if I stick to 4:3, sees the whole web will look distorted?
- How do I get out a reasonable relationship of size and quality, or what settings are required?
Antwort von Wiro:
Hello,
You've got the Media Encoder, and set a value 4:3 square pixels (1.0). Now, you want 250 px width less than ideal, since it in fact the Height to a point value and will be produced by rounding errors. The next up was already written.
Take in your case 320x240 square pixels and 512 kbit data rate.
The result is a perfect video for the web.
The formula for determining the Height is the way
Height = (Width x 3): 4
