Hello,
first of all I hold the camera has only been around 1 year. Have DVC60 synonymous alongside a Canon XL1S, a SonyDSR a PD170 and JVC GY-DV500.
From the picture I would draw the following Ranking:
JVC GY-DV500
SonyDSR PD 170 and DVC 60
Canon XL1S
The light Sonyist stronger, but is prone to exaggeration. In the big picture and makes the whole DVC a great Picture. Especially the skin tones I find brings the
DVC very gur being in Comparison to Canon XL1S. Where in the XL1S only a skin surface without recognizable contours, the details still being DVC.
As a real shoulder camera to use with the Canon XL1.
What I really like. Particular strengths compared to the above is certainly the Peaking function. (Picture is artificially aufgeschärft VIEWFINDER for better control of sharpness). Viewfinder is of s / W to Color switch. User keys accounted for. (eg zooming ran to object, make sharp and back with a button - really need to) Lens Ring freely provable with Zoom or Focus or Aperture. Variable shutter is a synonymous Pros. XLR jacks for external microphones.
What I do not like it. The lens ring is very easy - too easy.
The shutter button is awkward to reach when shooting from Tripod.
The manual is only Tonaussteuerungen possible. This always requires the highest concentration on the audio control, you should see the Kameraton want to use. The built-Micro tends to over-control for example, very loud concerts (keyword - Border Sound) This is often customary in the price range. The folding screen is in daylight not be used in Sony closed.
Batteries very cheap at Ebay.
I can only recommend this camera. Have this camera with the XL1S and replaced'm very satisfied.

First many thanks for the info, I would naturally synonymous, the GY-DV500 or prefer the 5000 because of the optics, unfortunately both have cameras but no autofocus, and I am instructed halt. Many thanks for the info with the Tonaussteuerung, NEN is obviously important. I will now see the test and then - let's see.

The light Sonyist stronger, but is prone to exaggeration. If mans manual tasks, everything is in the green area. The automatic exposure can be preset by Custom Fit.

yes Holland is likely to run, is about 400 ¬ günstger.
But again not very different question, because what with the Sony DV Cam DSR 250P from. S.eigentlich is the wrong forum but the search found nothing, maybe you know something about the Cam. If in any case have AutoFocus.
