Frage von thecutter:Hi Folks,
I have a problem with the synchronization of a YPbPr signal.
If I can see the component output of my PC as on the Picture to s.den EXT-IN lectern plug in the AG-MX70 (; see attachment) I get the following picture (;), see attachment.
Top of the picture is a bar (: there is missing a part of the Pr-signal). That is when all video inputs so s.Pult. Once I have the sync connection (; sync-on-luminance disconnecting) the other inputs ok, the PC-Picture s.EXT-IN input is not synchronized, and then moves across the screen. =)
Have there been synonymous of a camera s.EXT-IN input with tried, there just the same, therefore, seems to lie s.Pult (; or possibly s.den cable ???).
Can you give me a hint?
Greeting Gerrit

I'd say silly question:
The mixer indeed expected on the Ext-Key input and creates GenLock sync signal.
The graphics card is out on the Y-channel, a sync with. Is that even the GenLock sync signal compatible with? So it can be used that!?
Or is that different?
What I wonder is that I really get a good picture, stop this stupid beam is then only the top of the picture ...

Hello,
So: The Sync, gives on to the Y signal comes out when the picture starts (; times in simple terms).
The mixer needs a GenLock of time with the sync of the Ext-in match, so the images are correct.
What you could try: The Y signal as the genlock signal abuse. Put this signal in addition to the Ext-synonymous to the genlock input (; of course you need to split the signal prior to double (;). Then, the mixer could be clocked at the Ext In and it could work.
I think it does not work, I mean to remember that times have tried to. Has probably not work ...

So I have) never done this (; see attachments in the first post. Then I get color bars on all those sources!
Antwort von thecutter:
So I solved the problem now!
The problem was: The Sync signal is a Black / Color-burst signal as expected. Unfortunately, as I have of the Sync On Green signal of a suspected component connection is not the same.
I have now a VSC200 Extron scan converter converts bought me VGA signals to composite (including burst signal) AND YUV / component signals.
If I is the composite signal s.den GenLock-IN of the AG-MX70 and the component signal s.den EXT-IN + Y to connect Male Splitter and synonymous s.den Key input, everything works great!
