Hello,
can someone help me please? Our two and a half years old device only makes ncoh self check, and although for hours! Eventually the machine stops and thus opens the ark. Then we attach a RAM to close the unit and begins again with self check. Very seldom does it immediately and then synonymous with no further complications and with the usual good quality. Someone knows a solution, what's wrong it?

Is perhaps the Optics of the laser is dirty? The cleaning of the drive would be my first step towards further narrowing of the error.
