Hello Joachim,
it could be a typical
limitation of digital technology
It may be synonymous, that the question only with this DVD player a DVD has problems. You still burner a try on and which, it could possibly work. Possibly synonymous to use a different brand of blank would (although even with the of Verbatim are the best help) or to use a DVD authoring program (instead of Nero).
What do you know about the maintenance status of the customer-DVD player? The laser could probably stand a cleaning and he would then recognize the DVD?
You see, the causes can be manifold and the issue of DVD is unfortunately not as easy as it would have us believe the Manufacturer in its advertising promises.

Do you have an idea about this? Hello Joachim,
here we are again at my previous posting. ;-)
Yesterday I even won a few new insights, as I have examined burned DVDs, I s.Kunden to pass on. Sharing My criterion is that the DVD my old (!) Panasonic DVD recorder must reflect correctly. Then the films are synonymous experience for my customers.
Yesterday, a DVD recorder began to see at this stutter showed strong picture-and Tonstlörungen and finally got stuck. Then I started playing s.and the DVD was about to throw in the trash when I had an idea:
I closed the drawer with a DVD and let the recorder (the Picture-/Tonträger Calibrate now operating temperature) again. Lo and behold, now there was no error in the play more, but the recorder had identified the reflective properties of hot DVD obviously different from that of the cold medium.
That evening was virtually no DVD in the cold state. I had to always run just a few seconds to eject and close the drawer again for the recorder to the DVD when it is warm again einmisst.
When I think about me right, one for the recorder has a lot to decide within seconds what did he get: Is it a-R, + R,-RW, + RW, RAM, or if perhaps only an audio CD?
Maybe you can help even the next ...
