I burn for several Jahern Mini DV and VHS to DVD.Dafür do I use a DVD recorder of Panasonic. I have three different recorders of Panasonic and out and once again, I get no positive feedback of my customers ......
"The DVD skips every minute", that is not what it should be ......
During the tests with me on the recorder and another no name DVD player to work because the DVDs but mostly flawlessly .....
Perhaps there are certain tricks and tips of you .....

"The DVD skips every minute" The maximum bit rate (1-hour mode) are probably some DVD players out of step, although it is not likely, according to standard.

Could any hop has not yet been observed.
Use the Pana EH56 and EH575 with Sony16x (SONY16D1), which I can fully recommend synonymous.
